Ten years ago when BOOM Breakfast & Co. opened its first restaurant on College Street in downtown Toronto, it made a Customer Service pledge: BOOM Breakfast & Co. would provide legendary customer service to each and every customer that walked through its doors, each and every time.<\/p>\n

And to us, Legendary Customer Service means giving our customers a unique experience, something special \u2013 out of the ordinary \u2013 from the moment they walk in the door and are greeted with a hearty hello to the moment they leave and are sent off with a heartfelt goodbye.<\/p>\n

Providing legendary Service isn\u2019t enough, however. BOOM Breakfast & Co wants to do more, and so it is announcing the BOOM Legendary Customer Service Award.<\/strong> We want all our customers and the general public to help us celebrate legendary customer service by sending us your stories about people or businesses that went that extra mile, who surprised you, who made you feel like they cared \u2013 who provided you with legendary customer service.<\/p>\n

We don\u2019t mean stories about BOOM (although we appreciate them a lot!).<\/em> We mean anywhere, anytime, any place. Once a month BOOM will pick the most legendary of all your legendary customer service stories \u2013 and we\u2019ll honour that business or individual with the BOOM Legendary Customer Service Award (and we might even pay them a surprise visit \u2013 okay, we will pay them a visit).<\/p>\n

We\u2019ll also provide a little treat for the person who submitted the story, so send them in. Every legendary customer service story will be read and acknowledged in our Legendary Customer Service Honour Role.<\/p>\n

BOOM Breakfast & Co is determined to live up to the pledge it made those ten years ago \u2013 each and every day to each and every customer.<\/p>\n
