It has another tremendous advantage, however: it’s absolutely packed with incredibly healthy ingredients.

What else would you expect from a Smoothie with blueberries, mango, bananas, orange juice and honey? Of course, using organic and fresh ingredients will make it taste even better and enhance the healthy benefits. Don’t despair if during the winter you have trouble buying fresh blueberries. Blueberries freeze exceptionally well and keep most of their valuable nutrients. The other ingredients are generally available all year around.

So without further ado – here’s the recipe.

The BOOM – Good Morning – Smoothie

To serve four people who want an Awesome Smoothie!

1 cup of blueberries
1 cup of sliced mango
1 banana
1 1/4 cups of orange juice
3 tbsp of honey
3 ½ cups of ice cubes

Mix ingredients in a blender until smooth and frothy. Pour into glasses ASAP and enjoy immensely.
